Self Portraits1 copy I'm a self taught freelance photographer based in Los Angeles.
I was born in Aachen, Germany, became a chef at age 16, moved to LA in 1994, became a private chef and lived in New York for five years until moving back here in 2005. While I was a private chef for various families traveling the world, I fell in love with photography. I took a few classes to improve my skills and have been taking photographs ever since. My work has been featured in venues such as the New York Culture Center, Los Angeles Friendship center and New York Expressive Arts, published by Angeleno, L.A. and Malibu Times magazines, The Century of life 2008 date book and the SUNY Downstate Brooklyn Hospital for holiday cards. I took photos for the 2006 and 2007 "Take a hike" breast cancer event in Malibu, Cure in the canyons event, and the Modern Mom Mingle at the Skybar. I'm also photographing events for the World Tribune weekly newspaper of the SGI-USA

My photography references and additional images are happily furnished upon request.
